“The New York State Coalition Against Domestic Violence stands with all New Yorkers who have experienced sexual harassment. Sexual overtones, innuendos, and unwelcome and inappropriate behavior have no place in our workplaces. In addition, we believe all who use power and control to mistreat others must be held accountable, regardless of their stature in the community.”

NYSCADV is confident Attorney General Letitia James will ensure an investigation of sexual harassment accusations against Governor Andrew Cuomo is conducted thoroughly, independently, fairly, and without bias.

“Sexual harassment is serious, and NYSCADV remains ready to work with elected officials, our partners, and allies in New York State to ensure no one is harmed, hurt, or coerced into behavior merely because they reported to work. Together, there is so much we can do to prevent sexual harassment from occurring.”
